The navy of Greece is consisting of the frigate Hellas, one corvette, 3 armed steam ships, 5 so-called goeletten, 4 gunsloops and 36 smaller vessels. The annual expenses are 198.000 Spanish piasters of fl. 495.000 (Dutch guilders). Due to the amount of this annual costs it is already supposed to sell the Hellas in public.
