Laid down at the Baltic yard at St. Petersburg in 1907, launched in June 1909, commissioned on 14 September 1910, on 23 December 1921 by the evacuation of Khabarovsk struck she a sandbank and in 1922 lost due to further being damaged.
In 1914 were her engines and armament removed to be used in more modern ships. The 4 Nobel&Leissner diesel engines supplying totally 1,000 hp were used for submarines. The fuel capacity was 127 tons allowing a range of around 600 nautical miles. The speed was upstream 8,9 knots and downstream 14,7 knots.
The armament was at the waterline 114mm thick while the gun turrets were protected by 114mm and the conning tower by 50mm. The crew numbered 117 men. With a displacement of 946 (design)-1,100 (maximum) tons were her dimensions 73,8 (over all)-70,9 (waterline0 x 12,8 x 1,4 metres. The armament consisted of 2x1-125,cm guns, 2x2-12cm guns and 7 machine guns.
