The Sardinian Navy in 1836 according to the Army and Navy Chronicle

On the Internet there isn't much being found dealing with the Sardinian navy, at least in English. There is some information available through digitized chronicles, but you a lot of time to find these parts. "The Sardinian Flotilla whose destination is not yet known, will be composed of five 60-gun frigates, the Commerce, the Redicho, the Maria Therésa, the Carlo Alberto, and the Carlo Felix; three frigates from 44 to 50; a sloop, a cutter, two brigs, and six gun-boats. A levy en mass of seamen had been made on the coasts of Piedmont, from Nice to Spezia, which includes all adults between 18 and 45 years."
