Constantinople, 10 December 1816. In the arsenal was the yard personal busy with fitting out warships. On 28 November departed a corvette and two gun sloops to protect during the winter the merchant ships in the Archipelago against privateers. Some days ago arrived at the arsenal a 74-gun ship of the line built at Heraclea to be fitted out.
