Russian Baltic fleet dismantled according to the Dutch newspaper Groninger Courant dated 14 October 1803

According to a tiding dated Hamburg 7 October reported letters coming van St. Petersburg dated 20 September entered the ships belonging to the fleet of Revel [Tallinn, Estonia] and Kronstadt the latter harbour and were lying mainly dismantled. Four old and useless ships of the line were send to Revel and scuttled there to improve the harbour.
