French transport Shamrock harassed by cholera according to the Dutch newspaper Goessche Courant dated 16 February 1892

An item reported that tidings from Algiers were received that on board of the French troop transport Shamrock underway from Tonkin towards Suez cholera broke out and since 19 sick died.
