Ukraine asking France to return seized Russian ships according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 17 April 1919

An item referred to Russian newspapers which reported that the Ukrainian Soviet republic requested the French cabinet to hand over immediately to the Ukraine the Russian ships which were seized during the evacuation of Odessa.
