British transport Himalaya harassed by influenza according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 13 April 1891

An item reported that on board of the British transport Himalaya while being between Colombo and Malta an influenza epidemic broke out. Among the troops on board were 200 disease cases.
