Japanese minister of navy Oikawa Koshiro on audience by the emperor according to the Dutch newspaper De Banier dated 20 February 1941
An item dated Tokyo 19 February reported that the minister of navy admiral Eikawa was received in audience by the emperor to report about the affairs for which his department was responsible.(1)

1. This must be a error in the spelling of the name. Its have to be Oikawa Koshiro (16 February 1883 Morioka, Iwate-9 May 1958), retired from active duty on 5 September 1945. Minister of navy between 5 September 1940 and 18 October 1941 and Naval Counsel until the end of the Second War and was in the end of 1944 also appointed as Chief of the Navy General Staff.
