Jelelisejew appointed as commander of the Soviet Pacific Fleet according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 8 December 1934

An item dated Moscow 7 December reported that the commander of the Black Sea Fleet Jelisejew was promoted to the command of the Pacific Fleet. (1)
