Sea tidings from Batavia, Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviasche koloniale courant dated 8 March 1811
An announcement reported that on Saturday the 16th at the Equipage yard the pantjallang Vrede, galley le Vengeur and the gunboat Schildpad were to be sold. These vessels were lying at the east bank of the river where they could be visited.
