Dutch tug Straat Lombok became Danish Mjolner according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 20 September 1923

An item reported that the Dutch tug Straat Lombok which was sold to Denmark was renamed Mjolner.(1)

The Voorwaarts dated 13 September published an item dated Groningen 12 September reporting that the Maatschappij Navis of Groningen sold her seagoing tug build in 1920 to a petrol company at Copenhagen for a secret sum. The edition dated the 20th confirmed that she was renamed. She was sold via mediation of ship broker Arie Schippers. The Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated the 13th supplied more details. She was build at the shipyard Noordster at Groningen in the class 100 A.K. Germ. Lloyd with as dimensions 9111x 196x 106 and fitted out with a 450 ihp triple expansion engine build by the machine factory Versteegh at Hardinxveld. She was sold by the Noordelijke Credietbank at Hoogezand.
