Huge US naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch newspaper De Tijd dated 3 June 1916

An item dated Washington 3 June reported that the House of Representatives approved the bill needed for the building of five battle cruisers, four reconnaissance cruisers, ten destroyers, fifty submarines and 130 planes.
