Soviet officers and firemen in French naval service according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 11 August 1919

An item dated Toulon 9 August reported that the Russian officers and firemen temporarily in French naval service were by the minister of navy made available to admiral Koltsjak and were to depart as soon as possible to Vladivostok.
