Spanish naval program according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Tilburgsche Courant dated 11 April 1929

An item dated Madrid 11 April reported that according to well informed sources the cabinet intended to strengthen the navy in the near future with eight new cruisers, 14 submarines and six destroyers.
