Turkish navy officers accused of being indiscreet according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated

An item dated Constantinople 1 August referred to the official naval magazine which included a complaint of the minister of navy that Turkish navy officers were too indiscreet. The naval staff ordered that the officers were no longer to supply details about the naval strength, preparations of movements and so on if they did not wanted to be dismissed.
