Greek naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad van Friesland dated 7 January 1914

An item referred to tidings received from Athens that an arms race between Greece and Turkey was predictable. The Greek naval shipbuilding program for the coming five years included the building of two dreadnoughts, 2-10.000 ton cruisers, 25 torpedo boats, 5 submarines and gunboats and 20 float planes. The navy organisations of both countries were in the same [foreign] hands!
