Romanian navy stopped Russian steamships leaving Danube harbour Soelina according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad dated 15 December 1915

An item reported that even Romanian newspapers changed their opinion instead of further supporting the Entente asked they for neutrality, Further more was referred to the Universul which reported that the Russian (former Belgian) steamship Roi Albert and Tigris which tried to leave op 11 December the Danube port Soelina were stopped by Romanian warships and brought back to Soelina.
