British firm Vickers no longer participating in building Arabian dry dock according to the Dutch newspaper Leeuwarder courant dated 13 May 1972

An item reported that the British shipbuilding firm Vickers withdraw her participation in the project of building a dry dock in Bahrain for the oil producing Arabian countries. The latter protested against the agreement of Vickers closed with Israel for building submarines.
