Dutch ship Pomona bound for Malta according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated 10 December 1860

An announcement reported that at Rotterdam was lying the Dutch ship Pomona master C. van der Sloot bound for Malta. For more details could be asked at Seeuwen&Co.(1)

1. The in 1856 by S. van Gijn&Zoon, Vlaardingen,Netherlands built sailing 2-mast schooner Pomona of Van Harwegen&den Breems, Vlaardingen, Netherlands. Or the schooner Pomna in 1851 built and which still active. Both ships were active in the Mediterranean.
