The Brazilian naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1932 no. 6

An item referred to the magazine Proc. dated July 1932 which reported that the Brazilian shipbuilding program included the building of 2 cruisers, 8 gunboats, 7 submarines and 6 MTB’s, probably the most to be built by British shipyards.
