Spanish cabinet ordered building of another 5 submarines according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1916-1917 no. 7

An item referred to the newspaper New York Times dated 21 July reported that at Quincy, USA for Spanish account the submarine Isac Pearl was launched. She had a range of 3.500 miles and could be compared with the US navy M-class submarines. In the mean time ordered the Spanish cabinet the building of another 5 similar submarines by the Fore River Shipbuilding Corporation.
