Vienna, 5 February.
An Austrian merchant ship was in the waters of Cos captured by a Greek pirate
and her master hardly escaped to Stanchio. Colonel Armeni commanding the
Austrian division in the Archipelago immediately sailed with the frigate Leipzig and the brig
Montecuculi towards these waters to search for the pirates.
