Cadiz blockaded by privateers of the Independents according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 22 July 1818

Irun, 7 July. The harbour of Cadiz was blockaded by some privateers cruising off the entrance. One ship which wanted to enter the harbour was captured and taken immediately away.
