Cattle transport City of Lincoln lost entire cargo according to the Dutch newspaper Zierikzeesche Nieuwsbode dated 25 January 1900

An item reported that at Durban after a disastrous voyage the cattle transport City of Lincoln arrived coming from Buenos Ayres. Seven days after her departure she entered a heavy gale loosing her entire cargo of cattle.
