Russian naval shipbuilding according to the Dutch newspaper Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 8 July 1818

St. Petersburg, 10 June. In the presence of the Emperor was at Cherson a 74-gun ship of the line launched and immediately afterwards the keel laid down of a 110-gun ship of the line.
