Cadiz, 15 September. A coaster who arrived yesterday coming from Santander reported that the frigate la Fama coming from Havana arrived at Santander while she 93 days earlier departed from Cadiz. According to some letters the la Fama brought with her the governor of Havana Gaston who handed the military command over the city over to Laborda.
The French frigate la Tarn which arrived 4 days ago with 284 petty officers and soldiers from Rochefort returned tow days ago to that port.
