A Spanish bomb galliot arriving at Toulouse according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 11 July 1823

Paris, 7 July. At Toulouse arrived a Spanish bomb galliot with a parliamentary flag coming from Majorca transporting the French consul resided at Palma and 14-15 Frenchmen all aged.
