Stoomsleepdienst Anna Sophia was founded at Groningen, Netherlands for a period of 29 years and with a share capital of 10x ƒ 1.000 shares which capital of ƒ 1.000 was full deposited. E. Frater Smid was appointed as director. It was not permitted to have at the same time more than one tug property.
