Tug sunk in collision with Dutch steamship Fijenoord according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche courant dated 17 September 1857

An item dated London the 15th reported the collision a day earlier off Gravesend between the Dutch steamship Fijenoord and the tug Sampson causing the sinking of the latter.
