Foreign agents buying Swedish ships according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 28 May 1915

An item dated Berlin the 27^th referred to the newspaper Vossische Zeitung which the presence of suspected foreign agents in Swedish ports reported buying Swedish motor boats and trawlers against extra ordinary high prizes. Among them was apparently a Russian naval expert. The ships were to be used as minesweepers and for anti submarine warfare. Swedish newspapers warned expressively against this attractive practices.
