An item referred to a letter written by captain
Craw on board of the bark Kathleen of New Bedford reporting that she was on 25
September lying at Mahe. The intention was to leave that day towards the
Seychelles. Since the last report consisted the catch of 100 barrels sperm oil.
The boats which were missing during chasing whales returned all savely.
