American whaler Martha lost according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 10 January 1865

An item referred to a letter of the 2nd officer of the bark Martha of New Bedford dated Honolulu 10 November 1864 that she was grounded in the Okhotsk due to a gale and completely lost. Her captain was Thompson and Kelley 1st officer.
