Dutch bark Timor wrecked according to the Dutch newspaper Weekblad van Den Helder en het Nieuwediep dated 16 February 1857

An item reported that according to a telegraphic message received from London the Dutch bark ship Timor captain F. Agema of Dordrecht wrecked on 22 December 1856 off Cape town, South Africa underway from Surabaya, Dutch East Indies towards the Netherlands.
