Dutch bark Jan Pieterszoon Koen lying at Philadelphia, USA bound for Germany according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 6 June 1887

An item reported that the Dutch bark ship Jan Pieterszoon Koen (1) captain G. Spanjer of De Groof&Co., Vlissingen, Netherlands at that moment still lying at Philadelphia, USA was loaded with refined petroleum bound for a German Baltic Sea harbour.
