Dutch frigate Hebe visited St. Vincent, Cape Verde to repair her rudder according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch handelsblad dated 21 July 1860

An item dated St. Vincent ,Cape Verde 21 May reported that the Dutch frigate Hebe captain Kiehl underway from Rotterdam, Netherlands towards Batavia, Dutch East Indies entered the harbour there on the 28th (?) to repair her rudder.
