Dutch tugs Schiedam and Delfshaven built at Amsterdam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Schiedamsche Courant dated Monday 29 May 1875

An item dated Schiedam, Netherlands 27th reported that on the Wednesday before at the shipyard of Paul van Vlissingen en Dudok van Heel, Amsterdam, Netherlands the tug Schiedam was launched and a successful trial executed with the newly built tug Delfshaven. Both tugs were to serve in the Kanaal van Voorne, Netherlands managed by Galla&Co., Hellevoetsluis, Netherlands.
