Spanish ship Santissima Trinidad captured by British whalers and sent to South Africa according to the Dutch newspaper Haagsche courant dated 26 January 1801

An item reported that two British whalers captured the Spanish ship Santissima Trinidad underway from Vigo, Spain towards Rio de la Plata sending her to the Cape of Good Hope, South Africa.
