American whaler Joseph Butler sold at Manila, Philippines according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 30 August 1859

An item reported that the bark Joseph Butler of New Bedford, USA was considered unseaworthy and condemned at 16 June while lying at Manila, Philippines and was to be sold on an auction next day.(1)
