French privateer British ships Shannon, Wilson Wood and an anonymous brig according to the Dutch newspaper Oprechte Haarlemse courant dated 20 April 1805

An item reported that a 14 gun French privateer captured by the island Tory the British ships Shannon underway from Liverpool, England towards Baltimore, Ireland, the Wilson Wood coming from Workington and an anonymous brig. The Shannon was recaptured by her own crew.
