An item dated Batavia , Dutch East Indies 19th reported the arrival of the Russian war steamship Craysser coming from the North.(1)

1. Screw steam sloop Kreiser, laid down at Galernii Is in 1873, launched in 1875, completed in 1876 and finally stricken in 1908. Armament 3-6“guns, 4-4.2” guns, 4/6-1pd revolvers and 1-15“ torpedo tube.
