Dutch 5th charter Oud Teylingen 1725-1749

Of the admiralty Maze, built by Paulus van Zwijndrecht at naval yard at Rotterdam Netherlands in 1725, memorandum from P. van Zwijndrecht dated 12 November 1731: bought for ƒ 32.500 of oak-wood, rebuilt in 1733, sold in 1749, dimensions 135 x 39 x 17½ feet, an armament of 44-48 (lower deck 12 pdrs, upper deck 8pdrs) and a crew numbering 220-250 men. Commanding officers 1727 captain G.A. van Reeden, voyage to Channel, 1728-1729 captain A. de Munnik, voyage to Alger and Mediterranean, 1742 captain A. van der Mande, voyage to Oostzee, 1743 captain C. Welesteijn, voyage to the Baltic and in 1747 lying off Vlissingen, captain Keijser.
