French navy added submarines and destroyers to manoeuvres of the battle fleet according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 8

An item reported that the French plans adding destroyers and submarines to the battle fleet was a success. The boats had more opportunities in training attacks.
