Italian naval budget approved according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1912-1913 no. 6

An item reported that the Italian complementary naval budget was approved by the parliament. It consisted of 15 million lire for building larger torpedo vessels and 6,5 million lire to make an increase of the personnel with 2.000 men to a total number of 33.000 men possible.
