Tegethoff-classs
An item reported that the Austrian 20.000 tons battleship Prins Eugen, one of the best Austrian battleships departed towards Toulon, France with a French crew on board. She was to be handed over to France as result of the St. Germaine peace treaty.

1. Part of the Tegethoff-class consisting of the Tegethoff, Viribus Unitis, Prinz Eugen and Szent István, preceded by the Radetzky-class and succeeded by the Ersatz Monarch-class. Designed/built as an answer on the Italian dreadnought Dante Alighieri. Building ordered in 1908. Laid down at the Stabilimento Tecnico Triestino yard, Trieste, Italy on 16 January 1912, launched on 30 November 1912, commissioned on 8 July 1914, after the First World War ceded to France, disarmed and sunk as gunnery target in the Atlantic Ocean in June 1922.
