USA reorganizing naval anti smuggling according to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijasch handelsblad dated 23 December 1933

An item reported that the president Roosevelt (1) intended to establish one command over the warships and coastguard ships used to prevent smuggling which would be cheaper and more efficient.
