An item referred to the statement of Voroshilov (1) which claimed that in recent years the navies in the Baltic and Black Seas were strengthened. Further more was Russia forced to maintain a naval force in the Far East regarded the political situation there. According to Voroshilov was it for Russia not possible to strengthen the Far East squadron lacking battleships and aircraft carriers. While she had no aggressive intentions depended she on the coastal defence, submarines, aircraft and fast vessels.
