French torpedo boat underway towards Albania according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 30 December 1924

An item dated Eilvese, Germany 29th December reported that that a French torpedo boat left Toulouse, France towards Albania to protect the French interests there.(1)

1. The June Revolution in Albania between June-24 December 1924 was a reaction on the government of Ahem Bey Zogu who fled abroad but returning on 13 December with a Yugoslav backed armed force retaining the power. He became the first president of the Albania republic on 31 January 1925m in 1928 he was crowned as king Zog I (1928-1939).
