An item reported the launching by the Arnhemsche Stoomssleephelling Maatschappij, Arnhem, Netherlands of the ocean going harbour tug Antoinette W. Goedkoop on 14 March built for account of the N.V. Reederij voorheen Gebrs. Goedkoop, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Baptized by Mrs. L. Goedkoop. The edition dated 26 May 1939 reported that she executed on 11 May her trial. Dimensions 27,80 x 6,40 x 4,3 (draught) metres. The shipyard also built the 550hp steam engine. Tonnage 60 cubic metres.
