Russian tsar visited Baltic Sea Fleet at Reval [Estonia] according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 13 October 1904

An item dated London, England 10th reported the inspection during 2 hours by the tsar of the Russian Baltic Fleet lying at Reval [Tallinn, Estonia].
